How To: Create an Account

Step 1:

To access the online billing portal, click the PAY MY UTILITY BILL ONLINE button on our homepage.

Step 2:

Click Sign In or Sign Up to be able to view historical account information, make a payment, setup auto payments, and sign up for e-Billing.

Step 3:

Create a user acount.

Step 4:

let's find your account

Enter your account number and last payment amount to associate your online account with a billing account.

Step 5:

account home page

You now have access to view previous & current bills, make a one-time payment, enroll in auto pay, and request e-Billing.
